Job summary

You will monitor workflows, schedule shifts, manage leave, and work with IT, Risk, and business units to resolve issues, compile performance metrics, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations or team supervision is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs and process documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the FAM team.
• Coordinate tasks, shifts, leave, and capacity planning.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Escalate operational issues and collaborate with IT, Risk, and business units.
• Support monitoring, reporting, and KPI tracking.
