Job summary

CACEIS-Gruppe in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Flow Acquisition Monitoring (M/F) to support the Team Manager in day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks, planning capacity, and ensuring efficient workflows within the FAM team.

You will coach colleagues, maintain SOPs, monitor data flows, escalate issues with IT and risk teams, contribute to KPI reporting, and uphold governance and audit readiness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a senior analyst, team coordinator, or lead support role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience handling supervisory responsibilities in operational knowledge.
• Experience with trade validation and exception management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Manager in overseeing daily operations of the FAM team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Coordinate and monitor team tasks, including shift scheduling and capacity planning.
• Coach and develop team members through training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation.
