Job summary

Guocera is seeking a detail-driven technician to perform color and texture matching, prepare material parameters for production runs, and adjust products to correct off-shade or non-conforming items.

You will support production during shifts, troubleshoot quality issues, maintain records, and assist the NPD team with trials and new product development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of color matching, texture evaluation, and product quality control.
• Ability to follow formulations, specifications, and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Hands-on skills with production materials, equipment, and testing tools.

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic knowledge of color matching, texture evaluation, and product quality control
• Ability to follow formulations, specifications, and standard operating procedures accurately
• Hands-on skills in handling production materials, equipment, and testing tools
• Good problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot product or quality issues
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency in forklift operation is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift rotation (including A, B and C shifts) and support production when required
• Good communication skills and basic documentation/report writing ability
