• Support daily sales operations in Sabah East, working with sales outlets to achieve business targets and implement company strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners, including government agencies, NGOs, insurance providers and finance companies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Coordinate sales initiatives to attract new customers, retain existing customers and expand market coverage.
• Work closely with sales outlets to identify operational needs, address challenges and improve sales performance.
• Support sales team development through coaching, knowledge sharing and coordination of training activities.
• Promote consistent customer service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in sales, business development or sales operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, business partners and internal teams.
• Able to analyze sales and market data to support planning and decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and follow through on agreed actions.
