Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are carried out in line with project objectives, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, and the general workforce to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of work.
Review drawings, plans, and material quantities for accuracy and compliance with design specifications, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Provide technical guidance and solutions for unforeseen site challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
Regularly communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, surveyors) by attending meetings and providing updates on the project's progress.
Oversee site safety management by working closely with the Safety Officer, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections.
Monitor and control on-site quality assurance, ensuring workmanship and materials meet contractual and regulatory standards.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, ensuring proper understanding and adherence to engineering designs and procedures.
Prepare and submit accurate daily site reports on progress, delays, and corrective actions for management review.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as needed.

Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction industry, with hands‑on experience in site engineering roles.
Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
Good understanding of construction safety regulations with the ability to enforce compliance on‑site.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
