Job summary

Top Hill Automation Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an energetic, independent Assistant Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key customer relationships.

You will lead sales activities, coordinate with engineering, follow up RFQs and tenders, and travel to meet clients. Fluency in English and Mandarin, proven closing ability, and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Has experience in Industrial / Automation / Engineering / Machinery Sales.
• Is proactive and not afraid of meeting new customers.
• Has good follow-up and closing ability.
• Can work independently and take ownership.
• Is target-driven and commercially minded.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.
