Assistant Restaurant Manager ( Stuff'd-Avenue K)

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering a superb dining experience.

A Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth running of a restaurant, including: -

Leadership: Leading and inspiring staff, delegating effectively, and managing conflicts.

Customer service: Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and training staff to do the same.

Monitoring safety: Overseeing food safety and theft prevention, and monitoring local laws and creating guidelines for staff and customers.

Communication: Having strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ensuring customer satisfaction: Actively seeking feedback from staff and guests.

Preparing shift schedules: Creating and managing staff schedules to balance the needs of the restaurant with staff availability.

Training in food safety: Ensuring food safety procedures are followed and maintaining safe working conditions.

Financial management: Overseeing cash handling procedures, reconciling receipts, and preparing financial reports.

Other responsibilities include monitoring inventory and maintaining knowledge of restaurant equipment and facility maintenance.

Job requirement:
