Job summary

Burger & Lobster Penang is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead front-of-house teams in George Town, Penang. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, motivate staff, manage scheduling, and uphold hygiene and safety procedures in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or related environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience will also be highly valued.
