DSH Institute of Technology is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Assistant Registrar to manage admissions processes and student financial support services, including PTPTN, PTPK, KWSP, and sponsorship matters.
Oversee student admissions processes from application to enrolment
Manage and process PTPTN & PTPK loan applications in accordance with SOPs
Handle student support services including KWSP withdrawals and sponsorship documentation
Advise students on financial aid options and application procedures
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely submissions
Perform timely updates and data entry for e-IPTS records
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies
Maintain student records and generate required reports
At least 3 years of experience in a college/university environment
Well-versed with SOPs and processes for PTPTN & PTPK loan applications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
