1. Property Inspection & Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections for hotels, apartments, and managed properties.
- Ensure rooms, common areas, and facilities meet company quality standards.
- Identify, document, and follow up on defects, maintenance issues, and improvement areas.
- Prepare inspection reports and monitor corrective actions.
2. Maintenance & Repair Management
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for repair works.
- Monitor M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building facilities.
- Verify repair quality and ensure issues are resolved within timeline.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Renovation & Improvement Projects
- Monitor renovation, upgrading, and refurbishment works.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and defect checking.
4. Procurement & Inventory Control
- Manage procurement of maintenance materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Maintain inventory records for tools, spare parts, and property assets.
- Ensure sufficient stock availability for daily operations.
5. Housekeeping & Deep Cleaning Quality Control
- Conduct deep cleaning inspections for hotel rooms and common areas.
- Ensure housekeeping standards meet company requirements.
- Monitor cleaning contractors’ performance and service quality.
6. Reporting & Team Management
- Maintain inspection reports, maintenance records, and defect tracking logs.
- Provide regular updates to management on property conditions.
- Lead and coordinate teams to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in quality control, maintenance management, property management, or hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of short-term rental or Airbnb property standards.
- Working knowledge of basic building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel between properties, and manage third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), work order tools, and inspection apps.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- OSHA or facility safety certification.
- Knowledge of local building codes and maintenance best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have a hands-on approach on a daily basis.
- Proactive with a high level of organization skill.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage a team.
