Job summary

Michael Page Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead for a premier food and beverage manufacturer.

You will implement and maintain QMS, ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene standards, lead a small QA/QC team, manage audits, and drive continuous quality improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline (Food Science/Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry)
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in chocolate/confectionery is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, pest control programmes, food hygiene, and audit management
• Experience leading or supervising a QA/QC team
• Agile, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment under senior leadership

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Support the Factory Quality Assurance Manager in achieving site quality objectives and operational excellence.

• Agile, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while receiving direction from senior quality leadership.
