Job summary

Frencken IMS in Malaysia is seeking a proactive team member to support project engineering activities in new projects and engineering changes. You will assist in preparing critical dimension points, trial samples, and PPAP documentation, ensuring timely submission to customers.

The role involves coordination with tooling, monitoring trial documents, and participating in FMEA & APQP meetings to drive product quality and process excellence.

Responsibilities

To assist Poject Engineer in any new project and engineering change development.
To assist Project Engineer in any engineering change project as assigned by Project Engineering Manager.
To assist Project engineer in preparing critical dimension points from part drawing and record in the critical dimension and appearance list.
To assist project engineer doing buy off 1st shot sample during trial run.
To assist project engineer preparing all of the new project PPAP documents and sample submitted to customer on time.
To coordinate with tooling personnel on items to be repaired and / or to be modified.
To assist project engineer monitor the trial samples and trial documents submission schedule to Customer.
To assist project engineer coordinate FMEA & APQP meeting with APQP team members.
To assist project engineer coordinate validation process.
