Frencken IMS in Malaysia (Johor) invites you to join a dynamic team that champions innovation and quality in manufacturing. The role leads shifts, sets up moulds, troubleshoots, and supports continuous improvement across the Quality Management System.

You'll collaborate with engineers and operators to meet production goals while upholding workplace housekeeping and safety standards. Frencken IMS offers growth, a global environment, and a culture that values diverse talent and work-life balance.

Responsabilidades

• To lead the working shift to achieve objectives.
• Mould setting.
• Trouble shooting.
• Participate in achieving the quality objectives & target.
• Need to understand the relevance and importance of their activities to company QMS, their contribution to the achievement of the quality objective and relevant job as planned in QMS.
• Execute job as planned in the Quality Management System.
• Submit production daily output to production supervisor.
• Housekeeping at workplace.
• To lead the on duty shift.
