Job summary

Rapid Manufacturing Connectivity Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Malaysia invites a proactive Program Manager, Assistant to support the Program Manager in daily activities, manage an existing customer base, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You will assist in order processing and extensive communications with various departments and customers/vendors.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, tech support and/or call center experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience working with or for OEMs or CM’s.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven team player that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional and personal communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
• PC: Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales account manager in day-to-day management of assigned accounts and communicate customer inventory demands to Rapid teams to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Conduct extensive order entry according to standard guidelines.
• Manage daily production reports for the assigned territory.
• Coordinate activities between operations, production, accounting, issuing and shipping to provide high-level customer care.
• Use e-mail daily to communicate with other departments, vendors and customers.
• Manage daily/weekly reschedule requests and Open Order Report to ensure 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
