Job summary

Inter Island in Malaysia, Johor, Pontian, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee schedule, manpower, daily progress, and quality control for wire harness manufacturing. You will coordinate with Sales & Planner, train and mentor operators and technicians, and support the production manager in meeting delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, independent working style.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
• Experience in wire harness manufacturing is an added advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory and/or relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to work independently with good interpersonal skills, mature and a key team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.
• Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner.
• Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment.
• Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer.
• Support manager and supervisor on Production management.
• Monitor production assistance and leader job routine.
