QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking an Assistant Production Engineer to join our Bandar Sri Sendayan operation in Negeri Sembilan.

In this full-time role you will support the optimisation of production processes, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to delivering high-quality solar lighting and smart IoT products. You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare ISO 9001:2015 documentation and SOPs, and assist in designing process improvements.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Willing to travel across project site within Malaysia for smart Lighting implementation support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.]
