Job summary

ZGSM LIGHTING (M) SDN BHD – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Technical Assistant responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, labeling and packing products according to customer specifications. The role includes IQC/FQC to ensure quality, support for post-sales technical investigations and warranty claims, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certification in Electrical or related field.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
• Able to work extra hours and be on standby when required.

Responsibilities

• Installation & maintenance, testing, labelling and packing product per customer requirements.
• Conduct IQC and FQC to ensure product quality meets company/customer compliances.
• Support technical investigation on defects after sales and warranty service.
• Check, arrange, manage and update inventory as needed.
• Prepare and follow up defect warranty claims.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
