Job summary

Texchem Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Assistant in Penang to support daily production planning and on-line labeling requirements. The role involves updating production records, assisting with month-end closings, and ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor.

You will liaise with multiple departments to relay important messages and be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Diploma in related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling/plan for daily production.
• Prepare the requirement/labeling needed for production on the line.
• Support end-of-month report closing.
• Assist in daily updating of production records for reporting and traceability.
• Liaise with various departments to relay important messages.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety in work areas.
• Keep superior informed of potential problems.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Education

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Diploma in related field
