Responsibilities

• Supervise operators within designated production processes.
• Ensure log sheets are completed, maintained and updated.
• Maintain mill cleanliness and housekeeping for safety.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve process issues promptly.
• Facilitate handover between shift supervisors during changes.
• Supervise production to maintain efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions.

Assistant Process Supervisor (Based at Palm Oil Mill)

Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Preferably have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the palm oil industry.

Possession of a Steam Boiler Certificate Grade 1 will be an added advantage.

Willing to work in a rural area at Metanik Palm Oil Mill, Belaga.

Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise operators within designated production processes to ensure tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently.

Ensure all log sheets are accurately completed, maintained, and kept up to date.

Maintain overall mill cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure a safe and optimal working environment.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.

Facilitate effective communication and proper handover between shift supervisors during shift changes.

Supervise and regulate production processes to maintain operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

Monitor the performance of production processes and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
