Job summary

Sarawak Oil Palms is seeking an Assistant Process Supervisor in Malaysia. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and preferably 3 years in the palm oil sector. A Steam Boiler Certificate Grade 1 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operators within designated production processes to ensure tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently
• Ensure all log sheets are accurately completed, maintained, and kept up to date
• Maintain overall mill cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure a safe and optimal working environment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner
• Facilitate effective communication and proper handover between shift supervisors during shift changes
• Supervise and regulate production processes to maintain operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
• Monitor the performance of production processes and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary
