Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily store operations at our Bandar Seri Coalfields outlet. You will assist the branch manager with sales, customer service, cash handling and inventory control, while leading a small team and ensuring quality service.

The role requires a diploma and 1–2 years in retail or operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field.
• 1–2 years experience in retail/operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager to drive sales and handle difficult sales.
• Provide leadership presence and ensure customers receive quality service and merchandise.
• Assist in hiring to fill open positions quickly.
• Control inventory stock levels and reordering within budget.
• Manage shrinkage and oversee operation procedures.
