Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a HR coordinator to assist in resolving worker complaints, manage hostel and transport operations, and support recruitment efforts for local and foreign workers.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, STPM or Diploma or equivalent, and strong teamwork with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• STPM or Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Experience in resolving workers (Local and Foreign) complaints and disciplinary issues.
• Experience in hiring local workers, especially in rural areas.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership, English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
