IOI OLEOCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES BERHAD is seeking a procurement professional to plan and source quality materials and services at competitive prices in Prai, Penang, Malaysia. The role emphasizes timely procurement, expediting urgent requirements, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.

The candidate will monitor vendor performance against KRAs/KPIs, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement, audits, and cross-functional activities.

Qualificações

• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and source quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Ensure timely procurement and expedite urgent requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, delivery, and service.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to meet company requirements.
• Monitor KRA/KPI and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement, teamwork, audits and cross-functional activities.
• Maintain good vendor relationships and perform other duties as assigned.
