IOI OLEOCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES BERHAD is seeking qualified individuals to join our Prai, Penang warehouse team. You will help receive, store, label and load packed goods, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely data entry into SAP.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with IMS, and effective handling of materials, with opportunities to grow within a world-class oleochemical group. The position requires diligent adherence to 5S, proper packaging, and working with forklifts and reach trucks.

Responsabilidades

To ensure smooth operation of warehouse.
To ensure that all packed goods are received in correct quantity and good condition from production, properly put away, stored and stacked at the respective location awaiting picking and shipment loading.
To ensure all packed goods are handled carefully to prevent damage or dirty and are loaded into the containers or trucks properly.
To fill up the documents and checklists where applicable.
To ensure proper handling, efficient and quality work output such as strapping, labelling, stretch-wrapping, stacking, pelletizing and loading of packed goods in bags and drums to avoid customer complaints.
Responsible to check all labelling, cleanliness and quantity of packed goods as per customer request in pre- shipment / shipment checklist.
To ensure all cargoes are verified for correct marking's and labelling. Cargo preparations such as pelletizing, repackaging and stacking are done correctly and securely to prevent customer complaints.
To ensure data entry to SAP are accurate and timely.
To ensure all wooden packaging materials used comply to ISPM#15 and AFAS requirement.
To ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed accordingly for safety in work stations and to achieve zero incident/accident.
To ensure competent in driving Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), ie. fork-lift and reach trucks and proper handling of these MHE.
To ensure proper handling and inspection of warehouse equipment, proper operating method and adhere to safety‘s rules and regulations to target zero accident. Any issues to highlight to superior.
To ensure all activities carried out are in compliance to IMS system, Food, Feed, Cosmetic Safety Management Systems, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment system.
To ensure proper housekeeping and 5S for more conducive working environment.
To undertake any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.

To ensure that all packed goods are received in correct quantity and good condition from production, properly put away, stored and stacked at the respective location awaiting picking and shipment loading.
