Job summary

Creed Property Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Manager – Marketing to lead online and offline campaigns for Johor Iskandar property developments.

The role covers social media, content, branding, advertising, and coordination with agencies to support sales and business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with Management and the Sales team to strengthen the brand and drive project marketing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with property development.
• Experience in both online and offline marketing is essential.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Experience in website content management.
• Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing activities for property projects.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and prepare a monthly social media content calendar.
• Manage online advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
• Regularly update the corporate website and project information.
• Coordinate traditional marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners).
• Maintain branding consistency across campaigns and projects.
• Assist in developing marketing plans for new and existing projects.
• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports for Management.
