Job summary

Senibong Cove Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an ASST. MANAGER / MANAGER, MARKETING to align and execute all marketing activities for the property developer, guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

You will lead the marketing team, coordinate with suppliers and agencies, plan digital and offline campaigns, and organize roadshows and showroom promotions to drive property sales in Johor Bahru. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing or related field; or 5+ years in real estate marketing.
Proficient in digital advertising platforms and social media.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Able to coordinate with suppliers, agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, ad agencies and property agents for campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for property launches, including digital and offline campaigns.
Organize roadshows, events and showroom promotions to boost sales.
Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements and promotional content.
