Oriental Interest Berhad is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of marketing strategies for property projects. You will manage campaigns across online and offline channels, oversee digital marketing and liaise with agencies, vendors and sales teams to drive growth.

The role involves supervising marketing staff, coordinating launches, analysing performance, and maintaining budgets to deliver results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for property development projects, managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, and coordinating project launches and events. You will supervise marketing team members, liaise with external agencies and vendors, support sales teams, and monitor marketing performance and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and ongoing property development projects
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and buyer profiling to identify market opportunities
• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, paid advertising, property portals and lead generation
• Coordinate marketing preparation for new property launches, sales galleries and show houses
• Supervise and guide marketing executives, designers and supporting team members
• Liaise with advertising agencies, creative agencies, printers, event organisers and other external vendors
• Work closely with sales teams to understand market feedback, buyer concerns and sales challenges
• Prepare regular marketing progress reports, campaign performance updates and competitor analysis
• Monitor marketing budgets, project timelines and execution progress

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Marketing software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask, work independently, professionalism and maintain confidentiality
