Job summary

1975 Avenue & Hotel is seeking an Assistant of Marcom Manager to support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies across digital, social, print, events, and other channels. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will assist in campaigns, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help manage budgets and agencies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in developing integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and other channels.
• Experience supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing on strategic projects and day-to-day activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets is an advantage.
