Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 3–5 years of HRBP experience, with 1–3 years in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or HR strategic roles.
• Strong capabilities in Program & Project Management, Data Analytics, Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors; AI Talent platforms or digital HR tools; Certifications in psychometrics or OD framework preferred.

• Co-architect and drive enterprise Talent Management (TM) and Organisational Development (OD) strategies to build scalable leadership pipelines, optimize organizational design, and strengthen workforce capability aligned with business goals.
• Strategic Talent & Succession Frameworks: co-design scalable talent management strategies and succession pathways leveraging analytics and assessment tools.
• Organisational Effectiveness & Design: optimize structures, job architectures, operating models, and competency frameworks to drive change readiness.
• Performance & Leadership Architecture: design and improve enterprise performance management systems and leadership development programs.
• Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership: provide data-backed insights, developmental coaching, and diagnostic interventions to business leaders and HRBPs.

Assistant Manager - Talent Management and OD

• Co-architect and drive enterprise Talent Management (TM) and Organisational Development (OD) strategies to build scalable leadership pipelines, optimize organizational design, and strengthen workforce capability aligned with business goals.
• Strategic Talent & Succession Frameworks: Co-design and deploy scalable talent management strategies, succession pathways, and high-potential identification processes leveraging workforce analytics and assessment tools.
• Organisational Effectiveness & Design: Optimize organizational structures, job architectures, operating models, and competency frameworks to enhance overall organizational capability and drive change readiness.
• Performance & Leadership Architecture Design and continuously improve enterprise performance management systems, leadership development programs, and capability-building interventions.
• Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership: Serve as an OD/TM subject matter expert to business leaders and HRBPs, delivering data-backed insights, developmental coaching, and targeted diagnostic interventions.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Min 3-5 years of HRBP experience, with 1-3 years in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or HR strategic roles.
