Grab is seeking a Regional Project Management & Go-To-Market leader for GrabAds Self-Serve. You will design and drive GTM plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and promote self-serve offerings to merchants, supporting business growth.

The role emphasizes business mindset, strong analytics, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable self-serve solutions, onsite in Malaysia (PJ).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop GTM strategies and launch products.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with internal teams to hit milestones.
• Perform detailed data analyses to drive insights and solutions.
• Coordinate communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Handle quarterly and bi-annual progress reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve team productivity.
