Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Highly collaborative with teamwork and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agency portfolios to identify sales opportunities and growth.
• Monitor branch sales performance and profitability; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support ad hoc reports and statistical analyses as required.
• Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns.
