About The Role

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Department: Valuation & Advisory Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will be responsible for supporting and executing property valuation assignments across various asset classes, including conducting site inspections, market analysis and preparing valuation reports in accordance with professional standards and client requirements.

• Conduct property inspections and gather relevant property and market data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using appropriate valuation methodologies (Comparison, Income Capitalisation, Discounted Cash Flow, etc.).
