Job summary

BDP Global Services Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee Track & Trace, Documentation, Import Export Services, LLP reporting, ISF Services and related BPO processes for key customers.

You will lead a team of 30 to 45 staff and team leads, ensuring KPIs are met, and drive process improvements while maintaining SOPs and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of supervisory logistics experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Track & Trace, Documentation, Import Export Services, LLP reporting, ISF Services and related BPO processes for customers
• Lead and motivate a team of 30 to 45 employees and Team Leads
• Ensure processes are managed using Cyberlog, SETS SmartVu, Cognos, DMS and Meridian ahead of cut-off times
• Address and resolve customer issues with Account Managers, IT, and clients
• Ensure staff are trained to perform assigned work and participate in performance reviews
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Recruit, interview, select and retain qualified staff
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost team performance

Job description

To oversee and manage the Track & Trace (T&T), Documentation, Import Export Services, LLP reporting, ISF Services and other BPO type processes for specific customers. Ensure timely completion and meet established KPI's.

Key responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 30 to 45 employees and Team Leads

Manage the processes using various operating tools such as Cyberlog, SETS SmartVu, Cognos, DMS and Meridian prior to cut off times

Handle exception processes by working closely with Account Managers, IT Team and customers to jointly resolve customer issues and minimize business impact

Ensure team members are properly trained to perform work assigned

Monitor performance of the team by participating actively in the performance reviews

Understand local business requirements and propose appropriate solutions

Initiate appropriate process improvements to enhance better team performance

Constantly review processes and procedures, ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is up to date

Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded

Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and maintaining qualified staff

About you
