This role leads sales teams to hit targets across assigned territories within the Consumer Goods division, driving performance through field sales execution and building strong trade relationships. You will monitor performance, forecast sales by product, and manage budgets while coordinating campaigns with trade partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• MUST have 3–5 years of FMCG Field Sales experience, with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of industry, market landscape, competitors, and customers.
• Proven sales track record in assigned territories and products; established trade contacts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence across teams and partners.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights; proficient in MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Analyse daily performance of sales team and provide remedial actions and development plans.
• Monitor monthly sales against objectives and KPIs; close performance gaps.
• Provide accurate product-wise sales forecasts for planning.
• Submit comprehensive monthly trade sales reports to line manager and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and control all trade-related expenses within budget.
• Collaborate with client territory reps to implement campaigns and establish distribution priorities.
• Provide regular feedback on competitive actions and ensure initiatives are implemented; oversee team delivery of goals.
• Drive team learning in Field Sales practices and DKSH values; lead by example.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
