- Peninsular Malaysia:TCTAS (Lubricant), Structurflex, Truckquip
- Conduct periodic debtor review meetings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Enhance and implement debt collection procedures for overdue invoices.
- Liaise with internal teams and relevant stakeholders regarding payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with panel lawyers on legal debt recovery matters.
- Coordinate with third-party collection agencies as required.
2) Credit Application Assessment
- Assess credit applications across divisions:
- East Malaysia:TCIE Sarawak & Sabah
- Peninsular:TCIE & TCTAS workshops, spare parts, lubricants
- Analyze credit reports and supporting documents to recommend credit limits per divisional matrix.
- Perform Ramci searches for every applicant.
- Draft and issue credit approval or rejection letters.
- Maintain accurate credit application records.
3) Account Monitoring (WMS & NAV Systems)
- Set up approved credit accounts in WMS.
- Update customer profiles and documents in WMS/NAV systems.
- Process credit limit increase requests for existing customers.
- Assist branches in adding bills to WMS for invoicing.
- Unblock accounts in WMS/NAV after payment confirmation.
- Update adjusted credit limits in Navision for spare parts and lubricant accounts.
4) Credit Limit Review
- Periodically review credit limits proposed by Heads of Branch (HOB).
- Review temporary credit limit increases proposed by HOB.
5) Other Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate debtor records and evaluate credit control efficiency.
- Participate in debtor review and monthly meetings.
- Work with internal auditors on audit report issues.
- Engage with customers and HOB to resolve payment issues.
- Verify and confirm daily banking transactions.
