Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic debtor review meetings.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Enhance and implement debt collection procedures for overdue invoices.
• Liaise with internal teams regarding payment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with panel lawyers on debt recovery matters.
• Coordinate with third-party collection agencies as required.
