Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced SAP application support specialist to maintain system uptime and ensure seamless integration of waste management processes in SAP. You will support LIMS, WMS, and barcode workflows while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth incident resolution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP application support, knowledge of SAP modules, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills to drive reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP application support and business systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, logistics, inventory, and waste management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of system integration, mobile applications, and barcode technologies.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and user support skills.
• ITIL and SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain overall system uptime and ensure proper system utilization in accordance with approved business processes and system design for:

SAP LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)

Weighbridge System integrated with the Clinical Waste System (CWS) mobile application

SAP Waste Receiving Module integrated with the weighing system

SAP Recycling and Recovery Module

Waste logistics inventory processes through SAP WMS and custom SAP Fiori applications

Barcode-related processes, including the management and support of barcode scanners and printers.

2. Ensure system availability and that waste receiving, sampling, and related operational processes function effectively and as designed.

3. Ensure waste management and logistics processes are properly executed and integrated from initial waste receiving through to financial processing within SAP.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP application support and business systems.

Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, logistics, inventory, and waste management processes.

Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.

Knowledge of system integration, mobile applications, and barcode technologies.

Good communication, stakeholder management, and user support skills.

ITIL and SAP certifications are an added advantage.
