Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Administrator to manage and support the SAP BASIS environment, ensuring stability, availability, and optimal performance in a Malaysia-based setup.

The role involves monitoring SAP environments, troubleshooting issues, and tuning performance, along with supporting upgrades, system refreshes, transports, and deployment activities. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, including system installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration.
• Solid understanding of SAP user administration, authorization management, and role configuration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required during planned system maintenance, upgrades, or critical project deployments
• English and Bahasa Malaysia
