Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Logistics modules including MM, PM, and Ariba Cloud projects at our Malaysia operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, prepare blueprints and deployment documents, and ensure SLA compliance while guiding implementation and support activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• 8–10 years in SAP Logistics and Ariba Cloud environments.
• At least 2 full cycle SAP Logistics or Ariba Cloud projects.
• Aptitude for project management and strong communication.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting, implementation and support for SAP Logistics modules.
• Implement projects, enhancements and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct requirements study and finalize deliverables for changes.
• Prepare business blueprint, user manuals, test scripts and deployment docs.
• Assess impact of issues and propose fixes and root cause analysis.

Job Roles:

• Provide consulting, implementation and support services for SAP Logistics modules; Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management and Ariba Cloud (Sourcing, SIPM, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing).
• Implementing projects, enhancement and support to meet SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to define SOPs.
• Conduct requirement study and finalize deliverables for new and existing change request and ensure it fulfills user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timeline.
• Prepare business blueprint, user manual, test script, functional specification and deployment documentation.
• Assess impact of support issues and propose resolution on fixes / enhancement and root cause, where suitable

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
• At least 8 – 10 years of working experience on SAP Logistics, Ariba Cloud (Ariba Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management and SAP MM processes)
• With minimum 2 full cycle of SAP Logistics or Ariba Cloud project implementation
• Aptitude and experienced in handling projects and supporting operations
• Pleasant personality, with good people handling and communication skills
• Self starter and able to lead and work independently
• Experience in procurement business process flow under integrated system environment
