Qualifications

• SPM with electronic, electrical or mechanical experience.
• Minimum 5 years as maintenance engineer or supervisor.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Packaging Printing procedures and equipment.
• ISO training and procedures awareness.
• Strong negotiation and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to plan and control project work under industrial safety standards.
• Assist to plan and execute preventive maintenance for all plant and production equipment.
• Provide equipment knowledge and training to existing and new workers as needed.
• Troubleshoot malfunction and technical breakdown of equipment and machines.
• Assist to manage manpower for daily maintenance work.
• Maintain, enforce and follow ISO procedures and industrial safety requirements.
• Assist to generate all operational related reports on time.
• Create or modify parts or tools to facilitate the production process.
• Maintain all working tools, parts and equipment in good condition.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to Quality and Product Safety Policy.
