Job summary
SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Equipment Manager/Supervisor to oversee the safety and maintenance of equipment while leading automation projects and managing a team.
You will ensure equipment reliability, coordinate TPM documentation, and drive improvements across production lines. The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering with at least five years of equipment management experience and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/automation engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment management.
- Experience managing equipment teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee equipment safety, maintenance and utilization.
- Prepare TPM documents, maintenance plans and spare parts lists.
- Collaborate on equipment improvement and modification projects.
- Evaluate, introduce and release new equipment.
