Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Good command in writing & speaking English. Other languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to handle confidential matters.
• Good knowledge of Labour legislation.
• Pleasant, flexible, approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player and proficient with computers.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only Malaysia citizens or permanent residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly HR reports and payroll consolidation for the HR Director, ensuring timely and compliant payroll.
• Monitor employee movements and update records in HR and payroll systems.
• Handle recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
• Attend to employee grievances, discipline and termination actions.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing employee welfare initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and management of HR-related reports and records with accuracy.

Job Summary:

TheAssistant Human Resources Manageris responsible for supporting HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, employee movements, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible formonthly HR reports and payroll consolidation to the Director of Human Resources while ensuring payroll information ismaintainedfortimely,accurate, and compliant salary payments.
• Monitor all employee movements and update employee records in the HR and payroll system.
• Handle recruitment processes andonboarding ofnew employees.
• Attend to all employee grievances,disciplineand termination.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing employee welfare.
• Assist in the preparation and management of HR-related reports and records, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
• With a minimum of one (1) year working experience of similar capacity.
• Ability to handle confidential matters.
• Good knowledge oflabourlegislation.
• Pleasant, flexible, approachable, and have effective interpersonal skills.
• A team player and good at computer literate.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
