Responsibilities

• Oversee truck service, maintenance, and repair operations across workshops.
• Manage dealer network performance, service standards, KPIs, audits, and capabilities.
• Liaise with OEM on warranty matters, vehicle reliability, and quality improvements.
• Manage key fleet customers and escalated service issues to ensure uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee truck service, maintenance, and repair operations across company-owned and authorized dealer workshops.
• Manage dealer network performance, service standards, KPIs, audits, and capability development.
• Liaise with the principal/OEM on warranty matters, technical issues, vehicle reliability, and service quality improvements.
• Manage key fleet customers and resolve escalated service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
• Drive service contract sales, maintenance packages, contract renewals, and after-sales revenue growth.
• Oversee 24/7 breakdown assistance, roadside rescue coordination, call centre operations, and service-level agreements.
• Monitor operational performance, including turnaround time (TAT), first-time fix rate, vehicle uptime, and warranty trends.
• Lead service managers, technicians, dealer support teams, and call centre personnel.
• Manage service budgets, operational costs, parts availability, safety, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 15-20+ years of experience in truck or commercial vehicle service operations.
• Strong experience in workshop management, dealer network operations, and fleet customer management.
• Proven experience in after-sales service, service contracts, and commercial upselling.
• Experience managing 24/7 breakdown services or call center operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and business management skills.
