Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, ensuring dealer compliance with KPIs, serving key fleet customers, and leading service managers and technicians. The ideal candidate has 15-20+ years in commercial vehicle service operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Strong leadership and customer management skills are essential for driving service performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years in truck or commercial vehicle service operations.
• Strong experience in managing fleet customers and upselling after-sales programs.
• Experience with 24/7 service or call center operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee truck service, maintenance, and repair operations.
• Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Serve as the primary contact for the OEM.
• Manage expectations for key fleet customers.
• Identify upselling opportunities for service contracts.
• Track and present KPIs to management.
• Oversee 24/7 operations for breakdown assistance.
• Lead service managers and technicians.
• Manage budgets for service operations.
