Job summary

RGT BERHAD in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee day-to-day production, quality, maintenance, engineering and supply chain activities. You will champion operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will steer performance by enhancing productivity, capacity utilization and on-time delivery, while working closely with Heads of Departments to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading a manufacturing site or multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

Job description

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related discipline.

2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial position.

3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams across different functions.

4. Experience overseeing a manufacturing site or multiple operational functions is an added advantage.
