Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in corporate/group-level operations and stakeholder management is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Facilities Management to lead the strategic and operational management of the organisation’s facilities, buildings, infrastructure, workplace services and related support functions.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, compliant, cost-effective, well-maintained and aligned with business requirements, while providing leadership across facilities operations, maintenance, engineering, security, cleaning, utilities, space management, vendor management and facilities-related projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in corporate/group-level operations and stakeholder management is preferred.
