Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in audit, fund accounting, and fund administration, preferably in venture capital or private equity.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and deliver seamless fund administration services.
Handle back office accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transactions, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, K1/K3 filings, capital, carried interest, management fees, and parallel run.
Prepare/review reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
