Job summary

Protege Fund Services is seeking a Financial Accountant in Malaysia to manage financial accounting, fund statements and liaise with auditors as part of daily operations within a growing fund administrator team.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience; CPA/ACCA is an advantage. The role offers MYR 4,400–7,000 gross monthly and a performance bonus.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV, and finance.
• Experience in audit or accounting, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time role located in Malaysia. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for financial accounting, fund statement, and liaising with auditors. The role involves actively participating in the day-to-day financial operations of companies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

B. Requirements
