Job summary

Fire Fighter Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Fulfilment & Logistics Coordinator in Malaysia to manage packing and dispatch operations for multiple e-commerce platforms and internal teams.

You will ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain inventory records, and support senior staff with documentation while upholding safety and quality standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders from multiple e-commerce platforms and the Innovations team
• Ensure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped on time
• Arrange and label packed items for dispatch
• Handle products with care to prevent damage
• Assist senior logistics staff with documentation and order tracking
• Maintain accurate records of packing activities and update inventory
• Keep packing area clean, safe, and organized
• Perform basic quality inspections on items prior to packing
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job description

Assistant Fulfilment & Logistic Coordinator

• 1) Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick items and pack orders from multiple e-commerce platforms as well as other orders for the Innovations team.
• 2) Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are packed, labeled, and shipped on time to meet delivery deadlines.
• 3) Shipping Preparation: Arrange and label packed items for dispatch, ensuring readiness for shipment.
• 4) Product Care: Handle all products with care to prevent damage during the packing and transportation process.
• 5) Logistics Support: Assist senior logistics staff with documentation, item verification, and order tracking as needed.
• 6) Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of packing activities and update inventory accordingly.
• 7) Workplace Maintenance: Ensure the packing area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
• 8) Quality Checks: Perform basic quality inspections on items prior to packing.
• 9) Additional Duties: Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
