Job summary

ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad Fleet Services in Johor Bahru is seeking a Support Fleet Lead to assist in administrative control and coordination of our fleet operations. Based in JB, you will collaborate with workshops, manage maintenance planning, and track service completion.

You will issue and monitor work orders, oversee vehicle movements, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting inspections and compliance with fleet SOP.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or admin coordination.
• Good communication in English and ability to work with workshops.
• Valid driving license and familiar with JB roads.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet Lead in fleet administrative control and operational coordination
• Manage service and maintenance planning, including scheduling and follow-ups with workshops
• Issue and monitor work orders, repair records, and service documentation
• Coordinate vehicle movement, workshop arrangements, and service completion tracking
• Monitor idle vehicles, fleet utilization, and operational status updates
• Support PUSPAKOM inspection preparation and coordination
• Ensure proper documentation control, tracking, and compliance with fleet SOP
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

About you

SPM or equivalent
